- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is available on request (additional charges apply).

- Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom / made-to-order pieces may take 10-15 business days for processing before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (location dependent).
- Metro cities may receive orders faster; remote locations may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
- For orders below this limit, a shipping fee applies and the final cost may vary depending on your location
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Please check your parcel upon delivery.
- In case of damage or loss in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist and coordinate with our shipping partner.
