At Dhaga & Drapes, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping terms below:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping can be arranged on request (additional charges may apply).

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom stitching orders may take 7-10 business days to process.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days (varies by location). Metro cities may receive orders faster; remote locations may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. Orders below the free-shipping limit will have a flat charge of ₹1000.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.
