Atelier Services for Sizing Issues
If you encounter any issues with the size or fitting of your purchased piece, we offer atelier services to assist you. Our team provides customisation and alteration services to make sure your outfit fits you perfectly.
To request assistance, please contact us at dhagadrapes@gmail.com with your order details, and our customer service team will guide you through the atelier service process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong piece, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Since most of our designs are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds.
- Custom products, personalised orders, and altered outfits are non-returnable.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, our atelier services are available to alter or adjust the fit of your purchased piece to your satisfaction.
